Job Summary

Direct the supervision of the Enrollment Department to ensure COA payer and physician enrollment is assigned appropriately.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage daily activities of Coordinator Provider Enrollment.

Maintain assigned policy and procedures related to enrollment.

Direct the supervision of the Enrollment Department to ensure physician enrollment is assigned appropriately and ensure policies are being followed.

Maintain and Monitor work ques assigned to staff and address issues timely.

Provide Q and A updates monthly and/or quarterly as directed.

Monitor Productivity within EPIC system.

Perform other duties as needed

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or health related field. Experience and some college will substitute for degree.

Experience

Management experience required. CPC or equivalent coding certification preferred. Five years experience preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Personal computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. EPIC experience desirable.
