Staff Specialist

• Job Summary
  • Responsible for adhering to the policies and procedures established for the Engineering department as described by Divisional Director , Managers and Supervisors. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting in communicating, interpreting and implementing all task related to the policies of the Engineering Department.
  • PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under general supervision, to perform a variety of routine-to-skilled general preventative maintenance duties in the repair, alteration and modification of buildings, equipment and facilities.
• Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience
  • 2 years of vocational/technical school or equivalent required and 5 years experience in maintenance field and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC required. 7 years of experience will be considered in lieu of educational experience.
• Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
  • CFC card required for HVAC Specialists.
