Polysomnographic Technologist

• Job Summary
  • Performs polysomnographic recording, all technical duties related to polysomnographic evaluation of sleep disorders and providing high quality results and high quality patient care.
• Education
  • High school graduate.
  • Individuals with training in a related allied health field, e.g., EEG, Respiratory Care or Nursing are preferred for cross training in Polysomnography.
• Experience
  • At least twelve months of continuous experience in polysomnography (any combination of direct work experience, formal schooling or on-the-job training) preferred.
• Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
  • Must be registered
