The Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit is comprised of 44 beds and provides a therapeutic, engaging environment for children ages 4 to 18. Along with psychiatrists, therapists, and nurse practitioners, you will be involved in the day-to-day care and decision-making that helps kids and families live their best lives. You will work hands-on with children of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, suicide, self-control, and trauma. You will be involved in teaching them new emotional and behavioral skills in a fun and interactive way. The Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit is a rewarding place to work where our care team makes an impact on children’s lives with every interaction. Our patients need to know that someone cares and can help keep them safe. Someone who can listen compassionately without judgment.
