  • Job Summary
    • The primary focus of the Benefits/HRIS Analyst is the support and maintenance of the Benefits Module of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). Under minimal supervision, this individual will serve as the technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert (SME) for all Benefit applications, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Benefits/HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, the imaging system application, and other technical projects as assigned. This position will provide support, guidance, and technical expertise to all HR Staff as needed. The Benefits/HRIS Analyst will serve as the liaison between the Benefits department and IT.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or closely related field.
  • Experience
    • Proficient in data analysis/visualization software
    • Experience with SQL development preferred
    • Experience with Infor Lawson or other HCM/HRIS/HRMIS system
    • Advance knowledge in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Access or equivalent relational database query methods
    • Strong understanding of Human Resource/Benefits processes, areas, and systems
  • Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
