  • Job Summary
    • Responsible for providing technical support of computer systems (including printers, personal computers, servers, etc.) in use by the hospital. Responsible for system backups, online reporting and initiating/monitoring system interfaces. Install and switch out PCs and printers attached to hospital network as needed to ensure user access to clinical and financial information systems. Accept calls from end users on systems related problems during evenings, nights and weekends.
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent and four or more years of experience supporting Windows based systems
      • OR
    • Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field and two or more years of experience supporting Windows based systems
      • OR
    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience
    • Two or more years supporting Windows based systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills required.
