Accreditation and Regulatory Specialist

• Job Summary
  • Serves as an expert resource on accreditation/regulatory and licensure standards and expectations for compliance. Evaluate the compliance of Children's of Alabama with required regulatory guidelines and standards including TJC, CMS, and OSHA. Performs routine audits and inspections at the unit level for adherence to standards, rules and regulations. Educates and assist staff with compliance related issues.
• Education
  • BS in business or health related field required. Master's degree in health-related field preferred.
• Experience
  • • 5 years experience in health related field with regulatory compliance experience preferred.
• Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
