Operating Room-Sterile Processing Department Liaison

• Job Summary
  • The Surgical Services OR/SPD Liaison will provide technical support, preventive maintenance, management, and staff training/education on all endoscopic equipment, instrumentation as well as all Stryker Switch-Point Infinity 3, Stryker Connect-Suite, and Stryker Studio 3 technology within the operating room. support ENT, Surgery , and Orthopedic cases when video or case associated instrumentation is used.
• Education
  • BS with three years’ experience as an OR Liaison or video/SPD experience. (Additional years of work experience may substitute for college years.)
• Experience
  • Minimum 3 years technical, Audio/Visual, and SPD experience in a health care setting. Must be able to work independently and creatively with strong interpersonal skills. Time management and organizational ability required. Must have a working knowledge of AAMI, AORN, and JCAHO standards.
