Resumes can only be submitted in addition to an application for a specific job posting. All you need to do is apply online through our website for the specific position you are interested in. If you are unable to apply online, you may submit your resume with your application in the manner set forth above. Sending a resume does not begin your recruitment process. In order to formally apply, you must complete an application.

The length of the application process varies, depending on your computer and the type of Internet connection you are using. Typically, an application can be completed in about 20 minutes or less.

Once you have submitted your application, it is automatically entered into a database that is accessed by our recruiters. Once we determine there is interest in your background, you will be contacted.

When you submit your application online, you will receive a prompt acknowledgement of receipt sent directly to your email address.

Before you will become eligible to transfer, you must be in your current position for at least six months and there must be no disciplinary actions exceeding or including a written warning within the past rolling calendar year.

Children’s is pleased to support your educational goals by providing financial assistance. After one year of service, you may be eligible. We provide tuition reimbursement for both full-time and part-time benefit eligible employees. The company’s Tuition Reimbursement Program enables employees to pursue relevant undergraduate and graduate degrees with a generous reimbursement policy. Children’s of Alabama assists employees by investing in their development mainly in two ways. At Children’s, we offer many in-house courses to help employees improve and increase their skill sets. Also, employees can take advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program.

Employees at Children’s of Alabama are paid on a bi-weekly basis through direct deposit.

All Children’s of Alabama employees are assigned to a designated parking deck or lot depending on what shift they are assigned to work. The cost is nominal.
